Why We Started
Two decades of linen rooms taught us what actually matters.
Our founders spent years inside housekeeping operations across Seattle hotels and Washington care facilities. The same pattern repeated: premium linen sourced from a catalog that fell apart in eight months, or industrial goods that guests noticed for the wrong reasons. Meanwhile deliveries slipped, par levels drifted, and someone was always making an emergency run.
